2017 Annual General Meeting & Luncheon

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the membership of the Airdrie Chamber of Commerce will be held 11:30am on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at the Airdrie Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton, 52 East Lake Avenue NE for the following purposes:

• To receive the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2016 and the financial review report thereon;
• To receive the 2016 - 2017 Annual Report to Members;
  
• To conduct election for vacant positions on the Board of Directors;

All Chamber Members in good standing are invited to attend the AGM and will be entitled to one vote per member company at the meeting.

Lunch is complementary but registration is required.
